Mūndram Tiruvandādi — Peyāzhvār (Pāsurams 81–90)

(Tamil text follows the traditional Srirangam recitational flow used in devotional contexts; minor textual variants may exist across manuscripts.) அவனை நான் கண்ட பின்னே அலைவு முடிந்தது அவனை நான் கண்ட பின்னே அமைதி பிறந்தது அவனை நான் கண்ட பின்னே உறுதி நிலைத்தது அவனை நான் கண்ட பின்னே வாழ்வு இனிது ஆனது. Peyāzhvār opens this set by describing rest after long wandering. Vision brings settling, not excitement. Life feels kind and manageable when inner turbulence subsides. அவன் அருகே நின்று நான் நின்றேன் அவன் அருள் என்னை சூழ்ந்தது அவன் ஒளி என் வழியை நிரப்பியது அவன் துணை எனக்கு நிழல் ஆனது. Grace becomes shelter. The Divine presence is experienced as surrounding support, not distant guidance. The verse reassures that protection is quiet but constant. முன்னை நினைவு மங்கியது பின்னை பயம் கரைந்தது இந்நாள் வாழ்வு இனிது ஆனது உன்னால் எல்லாம் அமைந்தது. Past and future loosen their hold together. The present becomes sufficient. This verse reflects mindful living born of trust. பார்த்தேன் அவனை என் துயரில் அருகே நின்றான் பார்த்தேன் அவனை என் சுமையை தாங்கினான் பார்த்தேன் அவனை என் தவறுகளை மறைத்தான் பார்த்தேன் அவனை என் நலம் ஆனான். Grace appears as patience, not punishment. The Divine lifts without shaming. This verse speaks deeply to human vulnerability. உலகம் ஓடினாலும் உள்ளம் நின்றது சுகமும் துயரும் சமம் ஆனது நகமும் நரம்பும் அவன் ஆனது அகமும் புறமும் அவன் ஆனது. Inner stillness holds while life moves. Extremes soften. Unity replaces fragmentation. நான் என்ற உணர்வு மெல்ல கரைந்தது நீ என்ற உண்மை நிறைந்தது தேடல் ஓய்ந்தது தாகம் தீர்ந்தது தேன் போன்ற அமைதி பிறந்தது. Ego dissolves gently. Longing gives way to fulfillment. Peace arrives quietly. எண்ணம் எழுந்தாலும் ஏமாற்றவில்லை வினை வந்தாலும் விழவில்லை கண்ணன் கருணை எனக்கு துணை என்றேன் நன்மை தீமை ஒன்றாய் கண்டேன். Resilience matures beyond circumstance. Grace steadies perception beyond duality. பார்க்கும் பார்வை புனிதம் ஆனது கேட்கும் சொல் எல்லாம் இனிது ஆனது பார்க்கும் உலகம் பகை இல்லை ஆனது உள்ளம் நிறைவு கண்டது. Perception sanctifies experience. Judgment yields to reverence. Inner fullness transforms the outer view. எல்லாம் அவன் செயல் என்றேன் எல்லாம் அவன் அருள் என்றேன் என்னுள் நன்றி பெருகியது எண்ணம் அமைதி அடைந்தது. Gratitude deepens vision. Acceptance becomes effortless. The heart rests in thankfulness. இதுவே காட்சி இதுவே பயன் இதுவே வழி இதுவே நிலை இதுவே அவன் அருள் செய்த பத்து இதுவே எனக்கு என்றும் விளக்கு. The tenth pāsuram seals this set by affirming vision itself as refuge and light. The lamp glows steadily. These ten pāsurams bring Peyāzhvār’s lamp close to completion. Vision has matured into calm assurance, humility, and gentle strength. The light now comforts rather than astonishes.
